Return Policy
Where a product has been opened, used and/or tested, and the product is not faulty a refund cannot be given. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind purchases, however we happily exchange for incorrectly supplied products if a product is unopened, undamaged and in its original condition.
Buyers are requested and advised to make an unboxing video for any claims without which we will not be able to provide with any claim.
Buyers must provide the return shipping cost for exchange. All shipping costs are non-refundable and have to be paid before shipping.
Friendly reminder: 🚫 Don't accept opened or damaged packets from the courier. 📹 Record an unboxing video to check for missing or broken items. 🔒 Don't share OTP unless you're cancelling.
Any products which are found to be faulty are eligible for a full refund of product only (postage excluded). Any product for refund/exchange must be received within 14 days of original delivery and must be securely packed to ensure the package is fully protected. Moraze Cosmetics will not be responsible for packaging negligence unless the item/s being returned was originally damaged.
No refund, exchange or return policy applies to special offers, clearance offers or sale items.
Product bought under free/ Re 1 deals will only be available at a limit of 1 product per customer. Any more than that will not be entertained or accepted.
Product Swatches - We strongly recommend that you search for product images or swatches online before making a final decision on colour or call us in store. We use the manufacturers professional product images and swatches and they are not always 100% accurate.
If you need to return goods to us, please follow these steps;
- Contact us to request a product return and/or refund.
- Pack and seal the item/s in their original shipping package and post it back to us.
- Provided that we receive the products in their original UNUSED and UNOPENED condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (excluding the original delivery fee) to be refunded to the original credit card or PayPal account. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods for the refund to be processed.
In case the product delivered to you is faulty/ broken/ packet is open, an official communication along with proofs (opening videos, CCTV footage, images) have to be sent within 24 hours of receiving the product. Any claim after the 24 hour window will not be accepted.
Official modes of communication include emails, Instagram direct messages, Facebook direct messages and/ or Whatsapp messages.
